Es Niu provides coworking spaces and childcare services for families. Our services include workspace access, meeting rooms, childcare supervision, and related amenities.

3. Credit System

Our services operate on a credit-based system:

  • • Credits are valid for 30 days from the date of purchase
  • • Credits are non-refundable except as required by law
  • • Credits are non-transferable between accounts
  • • Credit usage is calculated based on service type and duration
  • • Different credit packages offer varying rates and benefits
4. Booking Policy

Booking and cancellation policies:

  • • Bookings must be made in advance through our online system
  • • Sufficient credits must be available at the time of booking
  • • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for 100% credit refund
  • • No-shows will result in full credit deduction without refund
  • • Booking modifications are subject to availability
5. Facility Rules

All users must follow facility guidelines:

  • • Maintain a professional and respectful environment
  • • Children must be supervised at all times in designated areas
  • • Follow all safety protocols and emergency procedures
  • • Use equipment and facilities responsibly
