Here you’ll find answers to the most common questions about Es Niu, our memberships, bookings, credits, and how the spaces work.
Es Niu is a space that combines coworking and a play area in Ibiza, designed to make it easier to balance professional and family life. You can come to work while your children enjoy a space dedicated to them, use only the coworking area, or book the play area independently.
No. The play area also works as an independent service, so you can book it even if you're not going to use the coworking space. You can access it with a Day Pass or sign up for a monthly membership.
You can choose from three options: Coworking, Play Area, or Coworking + Play Area. Memberships renew automatically each month, and their main advantage is that you'll have your spot guaranteed within the membership type you've chosen.
Yes. If you only need to use our spaces occasionally, you can do so with a Day Pass, valid for the day purchased. You can also buy credit packs for services that work on this system.
Credits allow you to pay for certain uses of Es Niu's spaces and services. As a general rule, one hour of coworking uses one credit and one hour in the play area uses one credit. If you use both at the same time, two credits are used. Credits are valid for 3 months from purchase, and you can check your balance and expiration date from your account.
From your private area you can check availability and book coworking, the play area, both spaces at the same time, or the soundproof booth. You can also manage, modify, or cancel your bookings from your account.
Es Niu has a capacity control system to prevent bookings beyond available capacity. The maximum capacity is 22 adults per hour in coworking and 15 children per hour in the play area. When there's no availability, you can join a waiting list.
The booth is an independent space designed for calls, meetings, and video calls and must always be booked in advance. With a coworking membership you'll have free time included to use it, and if you need more hours, you can book them using credits.
Within your account you can create up to three child profiles. Each profile will include information such as name, date of birth, age, allergies, relevant information, and people authorized to pick up the child. You'll also need to accept the documentation related to use of the play area and child protection.
Your private area will be the hub for all your activity at Es Niu. From there you can manage your personal details, child profiles, credits and their expiration, bookings, memberships, subscriptions, invoices, and documentation. This way you can handle practically all tasks online without needing to contact the team.
